Waiting for the next woman justice on the court!

There is a fabulous interview with Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg by Emily Bazelon in today’s NYTimes. I think that she is quite a remarkable woman and her insights into many of the recent decisions of the Court are well worth a 4 page read. I think that special attention should be addressed to the recent Fireman’s promotion case in New Haven, the strip search case about a 13 year old girl in school, and the nomination of Judge Sotomayer.
