I know, this is making its rounds on the web this week, so I am just doing my part:

Prop 8 – The Musical
And to guarnatee some totally random hits, let’s list some of the actors and actress in it: We’ve got John C. Riley, Jack Black, Neil Patrick Harris, Margaret Cho, Andy Richter, Allison Janey, Kathy Najimy, Craig Robinson and Maya Rudolph… Plus a bunch more who I can’t identify without looking them up.

Shoo, I’ve been looking to set up a gay catering hall in New York for a year now, all that is needed is for the gutless, slimy legislature to pass a gay/lesbian rights bill. New York was the first state to set up a state supported welfare system, in fact, the United States system of Social Security, aid to dependent children, food stamps, and the other aspects that the Republicans so despise, all originated in New York. Yes, well, the governor was Franklin Delano Roosevelt, not like anyone we have had recently. I wonder why we get such lousy public officials in New York, not I don’t wonder why, we get them because WE DESERVE THEM! What a great musical number that was!!!

Written by Marc Shaiman who co-wrote most, if not all, the songs from South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut

What a terrific number! I was blown away by Neil Patrick Harris. Who knew that he could sing so well? And Jack Black…priceless.

As with Anna Karina, we prefer to remember the U.S.A as she was in the 1960s.
