If you go to the source there’s a second angle that one of the office workers shot with his mobile. If you watch the security camera angle, after the rager picks up that long weapon a guy comes out of the office door in the top right of the frame. He spends the next minute and a half very helpfully shooting video. In the end the guy was tazered into submission.
I can’t identify the language they’re speaking, but it’s not English.
