White Washing

This came in the mail the other day, sent to me by my Alma Mater. I have respectfully blacked out their logo and the name of the school, but can we take a moment to reflect on the fact that they sent us a big white card (not a postcard, but a full card) about diversity that was about 90% white with a splash of color at the bottom on the front (the back and inside was all white as well).
As Rachel, my wife, pointed out, it does kind of reflect the racial diversity of the small private New England liberal arts college that we went to, but still…
