New York City Food Film Festival

Today marks the start of the NYC Food Film Festival. Come and watch films about food while you enjoy food as well.
The list of the films is filled with puns (the movie about asparagus is a “stalk-umentary,” the movie about beer a “bock-umentary”). There are short movies and long one (ranging from 1 minute long to 75 minutes long) and they are all free, the catch is that you need to buy your food tickets ahead of time.
Each day of the festival has a different food theme, and it runs for the next 3 days, then next week for 3 days, then 3 days in September. The food all sounds delicious and are reasonably priced (I didn’t see anything for more then $6) from cheese curds to curry-wurst to grilled asparagus. I am drooling already. Unfortunately tickets for today are all sold out, so book early for tomorrows cheese curds and Motz burgers.
Personally, I am holding out for the September dates when the theme for the weekend is “A celebration of American barbeque” How could it be bad?
