		<description>I'm looking forward to the bubble popping.  Maybe then, I could buy a decent size apartment.

Also, an interesting &lt;a href="http://online.wsj.com/public/article/0,,SB112785723628053707,00.html?mod=todays%5Ffree%5Ffeature" rel="nofollow"&gt;article&lt;/a&gt; on how technology will send middleman positions, like that of Real Estate brokers, the way of the Dodo.</description>
